No advertising for DER. BUT TOURRADAR/DER know that for sure, SHAME for both organizers. Had booked an extension at Crown Plaza Oecd Muscat, 28.12. and PAID. The price would have been Om.Real 180, was able to get a travel agency employee discount through my IATA number. Your travel confirmation was of course not accepted. Nobody knew about it, even Zahara tours did not find any payment. I was asked several times to show a voucher that I hadn't received, I was constantly asked to pay for the room and then paid for it on the spot. The hours of checking at the reception would not end. Saw all the sights / activities that were included and a little more. There were no problems with the itinerary (incl finding guides etc). The first guide was a little more engaged than the second. But otherwise there is nothing to complain about. We were able to communicate well with both of them in German. The customer service before the trip always responded quickly to all questions and provided the remaining documents approx. 2.5 weeks before departure. Overall, it was a very good mix of getting to know the culture in areas where there are hardly any tourists and seeing well-known sights!Show more
