  1. Day 1

    Arrival in Shanghai

    You'll fly into Shanghai and meet your private guide at arrivals. After collecting your luggage, the driver takes you to your hotel by private car. Your guide helps with check-in and gets you settled into your room.

  2. Day 2

    Shanghai City Tour

    Start your day in the French Concession, the former French colonial area that has kept its distinctive character as a residential and shopping district. Stop at Yuyuan Garden and Chenghuangmiao temple, then walk through Nongtang to see the local architecture. Later, head to Xintiandi for shopping and finish at the Bund, where you can explore the historic buildings and waterfront.

    After your free time in Shanghai, your guide takes you to the high-speed train station for the trip to Suzhou. Once you arrive, meet your new guide and head to your hotel. This afternoon, check out Lingering Garden with its winding paths and ponds, then visit Panmen Gate's ancient walls and pagodas. Later, see Hanshan Temple and walk through Pingjiang Historic Street. End at Suzhou No.1 Silk Mill to learn how the city's famous silk gets made.

    Suzhou Classic Tour

    Spend the day at Tongli Water Town, walking the narrow lanes and crossing historic bridges. The buildings here date from the Ming and Qing dynasties. Stop at traditional tea houses to get a feel for local life. Then head to Humble Administrator's Garden, one of the most famous classical gardens in China, with its landscaped grounds, ponds, and pavilions designed to blend with nature.

    Travel to Xi'an to see the Terracotta Army with its detailed soldiers and horses, plus an exhibit showing how ancient artisans made these pieces. Then cycle along the Ancient City Wall, which offers great views across Xi'an and the surrounding areas. The wall itself is one of the city's defining symbols.

Watch a Shadow Play performance and then try a Paper Cutting workshop in Gaojia Courtyard, where local artisans teach you this traditional craft. Afterward, you have free time before heading to the high-speed train station. You arrive in Beijing in the evening and transfer to your hotel.

    Begin at Tian'anmen Square, then enter the Forbidden City with expert guides explaining the royal history. After that, go up to Jingshan Park for views of both the Forbidden City and Beijing's skyline. Wander through the old Hutongs to see how locals traditionally live in the city. Later, see Beijing Opera Facial Makeup demonstrations, then wrap up with Peking Roasted Duck dinner at Quanjude, a famous spot for this local specialty.

In the afternoon, visit Temple of Heaven, built during the Ming dynasty. Try a Tai Chi session with instructors who teach you the movements and explain the philosophy behind this ancient practice.
