Yes, the rooms will have a private ensuite bathroom with either a shower or a bath. The only exceptions are along the route of this group tour to Son Kul and Tash Rabat, where the toilet facilities are located outside and are shared. Regarding meals, it is absolutely possible to arrange gluten-free options for your wife. Rice and meat dishes can be provided without any problem.

I am just a looking for a complete Almaty-only package for my clients who are a group of 8 Adults in the age group of 45 to 60. They need hand holding and hence private guided transfers too in a new city. They need a 5 Nights package for the same with hotel. Can you help out with a plan and quotation for the same? Hotel preference: Hotel Kazakhstan, Almaty (With breakfast).

- For any tour departing before June 27th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 27th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Travel Land. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
