    At the moment, we unfortunately do not yet have enough participants confirmed to run a group tour for those months. We are still receiving inquiries, so we are hoping a group will form soon, but nothing is confirmed yet.
    
    Since you mentioned that your dates are flexible, I would be very happy to keep your contact and let you know as soon as we have enough travelers to confirm a departure.
    
    Alternatively, if you would ever consider a private tour, I would also be happy to arrange one for you based on your preferred dates.

    Yes, you can absolutely personalise this trip to maximise your experience. We can adjust activities, pacing and even focus more deeply on the parts of Mongolia that interest you most. If you would like to reduce the number of days, simply let me know which day or section you would prefer to remove, and I will restructure the itinerary smoothly without losing the essence of the experience. For transportation, you will travel in a comfortable Minivan 4WDD, typically a Toyota Land Cruiser or similar vehicle, which is ideal for Mongolia's off-road terrain and long-distance travel. Your guide will be a licensed, experienced professional, fully English-speaking, and approved to operate tours across the country. Clear communication and safety are always our priority. If four people are travelling together, I will be very happy to arrange this as a completely private tour for your group. That means flexible timing, exclusive vehicle use, and a more personalised atmosphere throughout the journey.

  Is the accommodation in a hotel and Ger combined, or just Ger only? Are the hotels 3* or 4*? Is there a single supplement available, and how much extra would it add to the cost of the total trip?

    The basic accommodation on this tour is a combination of:
    Traditional Mongolian ger stay next to Nomadic family in the countryside.
    Simple local guesthouses where needed.
    
    If you would like to upgrade to 3–4 star hotels in Ulaanbaatar and selected towns along the route, we have very good partner rates.
    
    The Tourist camp upgrade cost is:
    
    USD 100 per person per night (based on the itinerary and availability).

    If we decide to take the basic standard accommodation, the 9 nights' accommodation in ger camps in the countryside, is there a single supplement available for the ger camps? We may need at least 3 or 4 *accommodations in Ulaanbaatar, though. And also, could you please send me the details of the payment system? If we decide to go ahead with the booking, when do we have to pay the deposit, and how much, and when do we have to make the final payment?

    The 9 nights in the countryside are in traditional ger camps. Unfortunately, single supplements are not available in ger camps, as the gers are shared units and cannot be reserved for single use. Usually 3-4 people goes to one Ger.
    
    However, for Ulaanbaatar, we can absolutely arrange 3–4 star hotel accommodation with a single supplement.
    I have a direct contract with Novotel Ulaanbaatar, and my special contracted rate is:
    
    USD 135 per night per person (single room supplement).
    
    Payment System (via TourRadar)
    
    Since this tour is booked through TourRadar, all payments are handled securely through their platform.
    
    Deposit:
    • A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your place.
    • The exact deposit amount will be shown during the booking process on TourRadar.
    
    Final Payment:
    • The remaining balance is usually due 30–60 days before the tour start date (TourRadar will show the exact deadline in your booking dashboard).

    I noticed there is an age limit of 65; we have one traveller who is 76 but well-travelled and physically fit. Is there any restriction if he joins in?

    The age limit is a general guideline that I have set for safety reasons. However, as long as your traveller is physically healthy, active, and comfortable with the travel style, there is no problem for him to join the tour.

  I'm very interested in your 10-day Mongolian Odyssey: From Gobi to Hearland tour. It looks like exactly the experience I'm hoping for, especially the nights staying with nomadic families. I will be traveling solo and would like to join a small group tour rather than book a private departure. I have a few questions so I can understand how best to proceed: 1. Do you currently have any scheduled group departures in late August 2026 for this itinerary? 2. If not yet, how do I get notified when a group forms or dates are confirmed? 3. On the webiste it looks like I can sign up and pay - does that mean I'm reserving a space on an already-confirmed group OR that I'm registering interest and a group is confirmed later? I want to be sure I understand the process before booking - particularly what happens if a group does not form.

    At the moment, we do not yet have a scheduled group departure confirmed for late August 2026. That said, this is a popular travel period, and once we receive interest from other travellers with similar dates, we move quickly to confirm a group. Here's how the process works: • You are welcome to register your interest with us for your preferred dates. • Once additional travellers enquire for similar dates and the minimum group size is met, we will contact you immediately to confirm the departure. • At that point, you can proceed with booking and payment to secure your place. If you see an option to sign up or pay on the website before a group is confirmed, this is considered an expression of interest rather than a guaranteed, confirmed departure. No booking is finalised unless the group forms, and you would not be obligated if it does not.

    Yes, it's absolutely possible to join a group. At the moment, there are two people interested in the 14-day tour. Yes, the tour includes a visit to the Orkhon Valley, however Tuvkhun Monastery is not part of the planned route.

    Unfortunately the 14 day option would not work for me as I am only in Mongolia from the 31st of May to 12 June. This was why I was looking at the 10 day tour (preferably starting on the 1st of June). If it becomes possible to join a group in this regard, it would be optimal. What would the costs then work out to?
