We have to follow our guidelines as per our tour requirements, meaning we are unable to accommodate guests who are over the age of 59.

when go to book the this trip, will they be able to specify that they want to do the shared hotel rooms together, or should they just book as a group of 2? Alternatively is there a possible option of having 3 person hotel rooms for the 3 of us, or is maximum 2 per room?

It would be easier for them to book as a group of 2 and that way we will group the booking. We don't offer any 3 bed rooms, most of the stays are in twin/double bed share rooms (and they would be paired together), but there are a few days where you will be in Multishare rooms so you'll all likely be together in that one.

What tour options do you have for 2 adult females. We would prefer not to cycle or kayak? What would be the total cost per person?

Our tours do have fixed itineraries, but if there were any activities at all that you did wish to not take part in, that is absolutely fine. Our experienced tour guide will be more than happy to offer some alternative suggestions, or you can even do some exploring of your own! The price for this 12 day tour will be $2295AUD per person and will include all accommodation, transport (excluding airport drop off) and 22 activities, all of which are pre organised prior to your arrival to allow for a completely stress free and enjoyable experience.

What activities are included in the tour itinerary?

The itinerary features 19 activities, including kayaking in Hoi An and exploring Ha Long Bay on a boat.

Is the guide for this tours always local? Because I made a OneLifeAdventure Tour in Japan before and the guide was from England. And I think that's a huge difference and much better, if the guide is originially from the country we visit. And do we use Whatsapp with a group chat to communicate or Facebook Messenger while the tour?

Yes, our Vietnam tour is always guided by local guides. We are now using WhatsApp to communicate with guests during our tours.

Are flights included in the tour package?

Flights are not included; however, we can assist you with airport pickups once your flight arrives.

What is the cancellation policy for the tour?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests over the age of 45, as per our tour guidelines.

I have a question regarding the hotel room arrangements. Could you please confirm that we will have a private room?

Rooming will be divided throughout the tour between twin-share, multi share and 4 birth cabin rooms. During the twin-share nights, you and your wife will automatically be paired together, however on the nights spent in multi-share rooms, you will be sharing with other members of your One Life tour group.

Can you please advise me how much a total package cost will be including return international flights from and back to Auckland New Zealand and including the tour package.

While we don't include flight fees as part of our tour packages since we're tour operators, you're absolutely welcome to check out options on websites like Skyscanner or other flight providers. This will help you find the best deals for your trip.

Everything ran smoothly and the group atmosphere was fun and easygoing throughout the trip. The highlight of the tour was definitely our guide, Manh. He was organised, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. His food recommendations throughout the trip were absolutely perfect and some of the best meals I had in Vietnam were places he suggested. Most of the accommodation was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Aside from that, everything exceeded expectations and I would absolutely recommend this tour to others.Show more

  Yes we will send out a Welcome Email 30 days before the start of the tour which will include the confirmed itinerary for your tour dates, a Welcome Pack (with hand tips, tricks and other bits to help you whilst on tour). 3-5 days prior to that you will then be added to a group WhatsApp where you can meet your fellow travellers, introduce yourself and meet you guide.
