  A very anxious and disorganized tour. All contact with your 'virtual guide' is done via cell phone, including a Whatsapp app that needs to be on your phone. Flying in from the States, it took a few minutes to get the phone working. In that time, the shuttle driver is try to text/call you. The hotels were adequate except for the first one, The Royal National in London. We felt it was a bare-bones hotel. We moved to the Hilton Euston and were much happier. Our guide 'Javier' , assists you virtually, through the Whatsapp and email. Any questions were dealt with virtually, sometimes timely, others not. Be prepared to do a lot of problem-solving on your own. You need to get from the hotel to your tours. That's up to you. Another reason we like the Hilton-Euston. Across the street from bus and subway (Tube). Download the TFL Go app before your get there. It was indispensable for using the bus and Tube. Next time. we would either do it ourselves or pay a bit more for an in person guide.Show more

  Thank you very much for your comments, that will help us to improve our services, or better to say, we will warn better our clients about the system we use. I just want to tell you, that other customers like very much this system because it gives them the freedom to discover the cities on their own and they know that we are there and can solve any situation or give them tips on what to do and where to eat. I have to warn also that this method is appropriate for young people who like to move on their own pace. And I will also warn that if you can pay more, join a group tour because a person guide in Europe costs 250 EUR per day. I do apologize if something went wrong, I did what I could to allow you to have a very good vacation. And I have the feeling that despite all the small problems, you did enjoy your tour.   The EUROLATINO Tour Operators were very responsive to our pre-booking requests and worked diligently with us to customize The England - Scotland Tour for our family before we booked with them, and then once we were traveling on the itinerary when issues arose with pandemic disruptions, the EUROLATINO staff continued to be available and responsive to our communications and needs. TourRadar, the Travel Aggregator website where we found the EUROLATINO operator, was a convenient although not intuitive location to research different tours and agencies.Show more

  Although I enjoyed the tour, I feel there needs to be more time to enjoy the area and sites that we visited. I was rushed through the castles and other sites not even being able to complete the audio tour. Several rooms had to be walked through quickly to be able to be back on the bus. An hour is not enough time to tour a castle. I was disappointed that I traveled so far to not be able to adequately enjoy the sites.Show more

  The overall experience felt like the "Amazing Race" tv show. I was not impressed at all, being the first ever tour I have paid to take. FIRST, dealing with Javier the tour guide, we were led to believe we would be meeting and be directed by him or a tour guide on arriving at the destination. Not the case. Tour guide done completely by texting. SECOND, after reserving and paying the deposit for the tour we are told of a price increase per person, a few weeks before the trip. Never heard of a price not being locked in when booked? THIRD, Description of the itinerary, was very lacking of directions and transportation required. The tickets and cost of the venues we would be seeing. In general a lack of communication, misleading, adding considerable to the cost of the trip Overall I could have booked hotels, excursions and major transfers myself on the internet. Everything else we had to arrange ourselves anyway. Thus, the "Amazing Race". By the way this is Steve, my email address, not David.
