I am travelling with my young kids who speak only French. Do you have a guided tour in French like the one i have chosen?

Package Bangkok Basics, Chiang Mai City Package and Krabi Beach Package (10days) will have tour guide on day 2,3 only and the rest airport transfers services will be share unescorted. French guide has available on 29,30 March 2027 at this moment.

Can you travel with suitcases on the tour?

You can travel with suitcase without any problem. Normally, we allow 1 standard suitcases (55 x 73 x 18 cm.) plus 1 hand luggage per person.

We are interested in booking the Thai basics tour for 31 July but have a couple of questions: What time internal flights on what days do we need to book and can you recommend a website? We are not due to flight back to the Uk from Krabi until 13th so would like to delay airport transfer and arrange additional accommodation, can you assist with this please?

You can choose flight time as per your convenience due to there is no tour or any activity on that day. However, kindly note that standard check-out time is 12.00 hrs. (noon) and standard check-in time is 14.00 hrs. Please be advised that the tours we offer will not include airfare. We do have a helpful place to search flight prices and book your own flights. If you book extension nights in Krabi until 13 Aug 2022 with us, we are pleased to provide departure transfer from Krabi Hotel to Krabi airport as included in our package without any additional charge.

They really went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and called ahead to the restaurants to ensure our dietary requirements were met. We have been to Thailand before but the sites we visited this time were new and truly beautiful. Definitely recommend. The only change I’d make is the days before and after in Bangkok where we explore at our own leisure, I would not make this part of the tour and let me people plan Bangkok if they wish as we were left staying were booked and then arranged our own tripsShow more

  Regarding accommodation we've opted for the Superior option for the package so would look for superior for the remainder of the stay. Not sure if you are aware but we have asked if we can have one double and one twin as we are travelling as a family so would like a double room for myself and my husband and a twin room for Daniel and Elizabeth. Also wondered if you are you able to confirm which hotels will be allocated for each of the three locations?

Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 24th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 24th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Destination Services Thailand. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Destination Services Thailand will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
