I will be flying standby to Bangkok expecting to arrive on October 10th. I was wondering how much flexibility there would be to change by a day or two at last minute as I will be flying standby so there is always a possibility of not making a flight. Also how many days in advance can I book a tour?

Unfortunately, as your travel dates fall in October, our cancellation and amendment policy requires any changes to be made at least 17 days prior to arrival. Therefore, we would not be able to accommodate last-minute date changes once we are within the 17-day period. For this reason, we would recommend confirming your travel dates before making the booking. If your standby travel plans become clearer closer to departure, we would be happy to check availability and arrange the tour, subject to space availability at that time.

We are two female friends travelling together and would like to know if we can book separate rooms and if what the additional cost would be? Also, if we want to extend our time at the end of the tour in Kraabi by four days, would we still be able to use your airport transfer when we are flying home.

If you would like to extend your stay in Krabi, we would be pleased to provide the room rate for the additional night(s). I am travelling with my young kids who speak only French. Do you have a guided tour in French like the one i have chosen?

Package Bangkok Basics, Chiang Mai City Package and Krabi Beach Package (10days) will have tour guide on day 2,3 only and the rest airport transfers services will be share unescorted. French guide has available on 29,30 March 2027 at this moment.

should we book the internal flights or will you do that? If we should book them, what are the recommended times? Also, we would somehow need to get from Krabi to Koh Samui after the end of the tour. Would you be able to help us with that also?

We wanted more of a city feeling, so we asked for a slightly customised version of the package. The team were incredibly helpful from start to finish, working with us on the hotel and a couple of day trips that suited exactly what we were after. The floating market and railway market morning was great fun and something I’d recommend to anyone visiting. The highlight for us was the full day with Pom, our guide, visiting the Grand Palace, the temples and taking a boat ride through Bangkok’s canals. He was sensational, so knowledgeable and a real pleasure to spend the day with. The hotel was fabulous, the staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was something else. Everything was pre-planned and clearly communicated, so we could just relax and enjoy the city. If you’re thinking about Bangkok, go for it. The streets are chaotic in the best way, the food is incredible, and the guides were awesome. Just be prepared to sweat a bit!Show more
