Itinerary
- Day 1
Colombo to Negombo
After landing at Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo, you'll get picked up and driven about 30 minutes to your hotel in Negombo. Once you check in, the afternoon and evening are free. You can walk around town, grab lunch at a local spot, or just settle in and rest before your trip starts in earnest tomorrow.

- Day 2
Kandy
Your driver will take you on a 2-hour drive to Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage where you'll watch the elephants bathe in the river and see how they make paper from elephant dung. Later, you'll stop at a Spice Garden to learn about different spice plants and try some local snacks. From there, it's on to Kandy where you'll visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and catch a traditional Culture Dance Show before heading to your hotel for the night.

- Day 3
Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, head to the Royal Botanic Gardens in Peradeniya for a walk around. Then you'll drive about 2.5 hours toward Nuwara Eliya, stopping at Ramboda Falls for a short walk up to a viewpoint overlooking the 100-meter waterfall (you can also visit Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple if you want). Before reaching your hotel, you'll spend time at a tea plantation and factory where you'll watch how tea gets processed, taste fresh black tea, and pick tea leaves alongside local workers.

- Day 4
Bentota
Early morning trek through Horton Plains National Park at around 2,200 meters elevation. The 9.4-km hike takes about 4 hours and passes through World's End, where a dramatic cliff drops 800 meters with views down to the valley and a waterfall. After finishing the trek, you'll get back in the car for a 6-hour drive to Bentota where you can rest at your hotel.

Colombo
Start the morning at the Sea Turtle Conservation Project in Bentota where you'll see rescued turtles, watch eggs hatching, and see newborn baby turtles. Then drive 1.5 hours to Colombo for some city exploring. You'll check out the Colombo National Museum (housed in an old Italian-style colonial building) and the Gangaramaya Temple which sits by Beira Lake. Later, spend some free time at Galle Face Green, the city's biggest public space and most popular seaside park, before returning to your hotel.

Colombo Departure
Have breakfast at your hotel and get ready for departure as your 6-day tour wraps up. You'll be transferred to the airport, and the staff will help you get your flight sorted. Then it's time to head home with all those memories of Sri Lanka.
