    Is that enough time to have a visa issued? Do you get the visa? If no one is booked on Oct, is there another date that has others taking the tour? I do not want to do this tour as a solo person.

    Can you provide information on booking flights to Paro? Would that be added to the booking on the Tour Radar platform? Does it need to be done at the time of booking, or can it be added in the future once he firms up his travel plans to the region?

      We are happy to book the flight for your client to and from Paro. Send us the full name of the passenger, travel dates and from which city the passenger will fly into Bhutan. We will make a non-binding flight reservation to hold the seats. Airfare is not part of the tour cost and has to be paid by bank transfer after trip confirmation.

For tours departing after July 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Bhutan Acorn Tours & Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Bhutan Acorn Tours & Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
