We are addressing this untrue review of yours, which stemmed from your request for money in an extortionate manner for services you didn't want to use due to personal reasons. This situation was also a result of your misunderstanding of your flights, despite our continuous efforts to assist you. Additionally, we'd like to highlight that, consistently, on the day before or the morning of your scheduled program or transfer, you messaged us to inform us of your decision not to use or receive the service. To our surprise, on the second-to-last day, you once again contacted us, requesting a refund for all the services you didn't want to use (please note that the complete package cannot be modified or canceled once services are in progress). You also threatened (as evident in this review) to leave a very negative review if we didn't meet your demands. We want to clarify that we did not accept this because the entire process was carried out according to the requested service. According to the laws in Thailand, we will pursue legal action against you for making false statements and providing false information. We will seek compensation for any damage to our company's reputation. We'd like to emphasize that your phone call with your statement has been recorded, as previously mentioned, and will be part of the legal records. We are also including all your chat communications as evidence to support our claims. Furthermore, we have initiated the process of requesting that all airport and land immigration offices declare your person unwelcome in the Kingdom of Thailand due to the adverse impact on the kingdom's economic activities.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 5th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 5th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Asia travel and Estate. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Asia travel and Estate will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Asia travel and Estate" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
