  If you could go to Jordan now, do it! The tourism industry has been reduced by 75% which means when you travel, you are not crowded by other tourists. We had Petra pretty much to ourselves which was unforgettable. I wish we had more time at Dead Sea. It would be great if we could stay at the resort there to enjoy the sea and not feel rushed. But overall, Jordan is beautiful. I felt safe the entire time travelling. I would recommend this trip!Show more

  Avoid this company at all costs. Day 1 collected by a lovely driver, with limited English which was fine though contacting the company to get a outline of the itinerary and they swapped my driver (which I found out once I got back from a 3.5 hour walk in Petra), to another driver who’s English was at the same level. Day 2, the driver was falling asleep at the wheel and yawning/ he was pulled over for doing 160km in a 110km zone and fined. I was literally afraid for my safety. I called off the activities of day 2 and asked he take me straight back to my hotel. I’ve never been so scared in my life. Trying to liaise with the company they will state everything as per itinerary etc. Fact: I didn’t book a private tour, I just happened to be the only person The car provided was the individual drivers. The first driver Mohammed though language barriers with music and google translate is a lovely host and person and presents his car very tidy. The second drivers car was dirty and had rubbish, I couldn’t put my water anywhere to begin with. The brochure mentions a driver that will speak English and will provide a basic overview of the sites (that it not accurate). And trying to get an idea of where we needed to be etc for desert keep etc was difficult even from the company. To later be told private I can set the tone. That’d be helpful to know before basically running through Petra. The wonder of Petra and Wadi Rum are spectacular. I was charged a single supplement which was a front, as the camp site, I could go online and book my own room for less than the single supplement. I am still trying to arrange some level of refund for this tour as I cancelled the activities on day 2 due to my safety. If it was easy to get back from Wadi Rum I would have done so and not been in the car again with their second driver. They offered what they said was the single supplement and lunch $65USD (I paid more than that for the supplement). I missed parts of the tour and locations I really wanted to see. Both the second driver and the company stopped communicating and couldn’t see the issue. The second driver spent his whole time saying he’s 5 stars and worrying about his rating. Sent me a link to review and asked and I said overall the driver rating will be 3. 5 for Mohammed and 1 for him, as I was scared and called the trip kff. He then deleted the review link on me and when I asked him to resend he said he didn’t have it and was going to delete it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It’s expensive and should not be able to operate!!Show more

What happened with you is that your trip consisted of two days and it was a private. the trip despite it is two days, covers most of the tourist sites in Jordan. The price was clear when you booked the tour. Dear Kingsley, you asked to change the driver and when we changed him, we were surprised that you retracted this request, but unfortunately the first driver was already busy with other clients, your claim about the driver speeding is incorrect because all cars have a speed tracker and we verified that the driver was committed to speed prescribed on the road. And your claim that the driver was sleepy, I cannot confirm or deny it. All what I can say is that our company runs 10 to 15 tours weekly and has not recorded even a minor accident for 15 years. Indeed, we offered you a refund for the single supplement, in order to satisfy you, and we contacted you many times and daily, as you are a valuable client but when we noticed a contradiction in your statements, we stopped communicating because we gave you the services that we agreed upon and we did everything we could do plus that we cant involve our company in issues like this. However we would like to thank you for your review and we invite you to reconsider it

  I had an amazing time. It was a fairly last minute trip and the tour packed everything in to a short time. My driver Ziyad Al-Saidi was great got me everywhere I needed to be. Kindly didn’t complain when I took longer in Petra. Everyone was so friendly and I stayed at Nomads’ Hostal in Amman which was incredibly affordable and comfortable.Show more

  I booked my trip a couple weeks ahead of the trip. Once confirmed I immediately received a message via email asking where I’d like to be picked up from. I ended up having a lovely private tour with Naser for 2 days. The company called me the first day to check if everything is going well. I didn’t have to worry about anything as Naser took good care of me and was very reliable. At Wadi Rum, I enjoyed the camel ride (at extra cost) for the sunrise and the jeep tour for the sunset (included) and the food was pretty good too. I was too sleepy to go for the stargazing activity (at extra cost) but other guests said they enjoyed it so try it if you can.Show more
