Just to make sure I understand correctly — you'll be staying in Puerto Princesa and won't be flying back to Manila on the last day, right?

Tour Philippines in a Week by CTPH states whaleshark encounters up the top but not in the itinerary. Can you confirm it is definitely included on this tour and if so, when exactly?

We've recently updated the itinerary — the whale shark encounter has been replaced with a visit to Moalboal, which takes place on Day 4 of the tour. Moalboal is an amazing destination known for its vibrant marine life, including the world-famous sardine run, colorful coral reefs, and the chance to snorkel or dive alongside sea turtles right off the shore. You'll also get to enjoy beautiful beaches, relaxed coastal vibes, and some of the best sunsets in Cebu.

Could we fly to Surigao for 2 nights before rejoining tour in Palawan as we want to swim with the jellyfish? I am happy to organise flights, accommodation and tour myself just want to know if it's possible. Or what would the cost be for you to organise?

We recommend completing the full 7-day tour first, and then continuing on to Surigao afterwards at your own expense. This way, you'll be able to fully enjoy the flow of the itinerary without disruptions and then add on your Surigao adventure seamlessly.

how do I book single supplement? The app keeps saying it needs 2 participants? Do I have to pay double?

You can absolutely book just for yourself. The app may show that message by default, but rest assured, you don't need two participants to book. You're welcome to join solo, and there's no need to pay double — the single supplement simply covers the cost of having your own room, and yes it is priced in USD.

We are interested in this tour. We will be staying in Manila and would like the tour to take us to Palawan and Cebu. Our age group ranges from 60 to 76 years old but we are fit for walking. One of the members cannot do too much sea transfers as he gets sea sickness. We prefer more land tours and staying in 4 star hotels with breakfast and dinners (if possible). I like to write good and positive reviews, but I would like for all other to save themselves the pain of this trip. DO NOT BOOK IT! You think it is cheap and easier to get it organized by someone else, but we had less than a fifth of the value of what we paid for: terrible hotels, terrible excursions... well, I should say excursion because we only ended up having one of the three we've booked with no refund, terrible service, no updates, excuses for what is going on instead of accountability. Book the hotels and flights for yourself, I promise, it is 5 times cheaper (or more) and you will have better services and accommodations.Show more

The first island Boracay was nice and accommodations fine but then the excursions start 🙈,in short please take more money, you will need it ( for example, if you want to swim in the ocean). Another thing you might want to take is a packed lunch, unless you prefer eating at an..,well our group ended up naming it Crystal Meth Cove! It speaks for itself ( we thought it was going to be beautiful) but please don't have high expectations, infact please don't have any expectations. Sorry to say that was the best of it. The hotels and excursions got worse, a lot worse. Cockroaches in bedrooms, untrue times about excursion pickup times and journey times( not 2 hours to get there but 5 hours. A very honest review: The overall theme of this tour is budget. It may seem that the price of the tour will translate to some type of exclusivity, customization, or involved an elevated standard of comfort. By day 3, it became so obvious that this was the ultimate budget holiday. The tours are not privatized in anyway way. Seems that this specific tour company with TourRadar books you/your group on these larger tours and communicates with you via WhatsApp’s. You will never meet the actual tour organizer. So good luck to you if you’re not privy to foreign countries and were looking to be held by the hand- this is not the tour for you. All the hotels we stayed in were the worst. I’ve stayed in some pretty cheap hotels in my life time, but these three hotels were so bad that half my group ended up finding their own accommodation after finding tons a cockroaches in their Cebu hotel. We all needed a vacation away from our vacation and whatever the 10-12 hour long tour in Cebu was, we all skipped it and booked our own excursions through Klook. In Puerto Princesa the underground river tour was canceled and replaced by a city tour that was comedically bad. The tour guide was great, but there isn’t much to see/do in the city. My overall thoughts are this- don’t book this tour unless you think the price of the tour is fair for extreme budget travel. If you think you’re paying a pretty penny, then book another tour and ask specific questions like: can you confirm the hotels we’ll be staying in? I want to read the reviews. Can you tell me all the details of the tours within the trip? How long of a day will I have? How big are the groups? Will I need to pay extra during the tour (which should have already been paid for!) Do not book this tour, you can take the money from this trip and book everything yourself. The entire trip was planned out pretty well, even though the details were not provided until each day prior to the events of the next one. The only problem with the tour was that the whaleshark excursion was canceled by the government (due to the holiday) and I wasn't notified until the day prior to that excursion about the cancelation. That was the main reason for booking this trip and was given the option of a very short island hopping experience being added instead. Unfortunately, it was short, and the same thing that we did the previous day, so definitely not what I wanted to be doing. There was little appreciation for notifying me sooner so I could have changed my plans, trip or even this tour that I paid a lot of money for. For the other two days of tours, I really enjoyed it, but that also means that I didn't get 1/3 of the tours that I paid for. No refunds. No future discounts. I know that the tour company must have known this information far sooner than the day prior as well. Overall, I don't want to give a bad review because they did well with what was provided, and can't control the government shutting down tours for a holiday, but I missed out on the main thing I booked this tour for with nothing to show for itShow more

  Do you have a package that includes travel to and from Manila and covers Puerto Princesa, El Nido, Coron, Boracay, Cebu in 7-8 days?

  We do have a 10-day Philippines tour package that covers many of those destinations, though it doesn't include Coron. A 7-8 day trip covering all those locations might be too tight time-wise to truly enjoy each place

  On Day 1, we usually book the Manila to Caticlan flight between 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM (Philippine time). On Day 7, the return flight from Puerto Princesa to Manila is typically scheduled in the morning, though exact timing will depend on availability at the time of booking.

- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 9th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 9th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with CTPH TOUR. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and CTPH TOUR will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "CTPH TOUR" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
