Do these tours really depart every day with 100% guarantee regardless of the group size? So I can make a tight schedule without worries? Is it possible to sleep in a twin room even if I apply alone? I don't mind strangers, but I like to travel on budget:)

  How much more would the private pick up be at the hotel? I think we are still interested in joining the rest of the group for the original tour still. With the private pick up, are we still able to join the traditional group tour?

  A private vehicle can pick you up directly from your hotel in the Sacred Valley and take you to the first meeting point in Pisac. From there, you will continue the tour with the rest of the group. Later, you will board the train together, arrive in Aguas Calientes, and spend the night there. The following day, you will visit Machu Picchu and then return to Ollantaytambo with the group. After the tour, the group will return to Cusco. If you prefer, we can also arrange a private transfer back to your hotel in the Sacred Valley instead of returning to Cusco. Please note that this service would have an additional cost, as the rest of the group returns directly to Cusco. The additional costs are as follows: Private taxi on Day 1 to join the group: USD 90. Private transfer on Day 2 to your Sacred Valley hotel (if not returning to Cusco): USD 70.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 20th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 20th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Haku Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Haku Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
