Information leading up to departure was vague. It is not one tour but a series of short tours bundled together. This could have been clearer. Official itinerary given to me on arrival at Quito. Why not in advance? Then half in English & half in Spanish as well as other errors. I had extra accom at start & end of tour. Gray Line advised me of 2 hotels at each end they use. I booked & had to advise Gray Line of my choices. Gray Line then booked other hotel for included accom in each instance meaning I had to transfer twice after 1 night unnecessasarily. Note: my choices far superior. Guides were all competent - very good in Cuenca. Transfer to Guayaquil - advised car would be 30 mins late. Then had to fill up with petrol. Then drove like a madman. Suspect that he was a late call up due to oversight. Also missed on included stops for that day. Very poor and disappointing conclusion.
