We have curtailed the tour to our health requirement. we skipped the high steps tour. We are disappointed with our...
We have curtailed the tour to our health requirement. we skipped the high steps tour. We are disappointed with our stay at Kandy, it was a private house and the bathroom basin drainage was blocked and leaking from underneath. the shower floor was slippery and inadequate light. there was no wardrobes to hang our clothes and no tea/coffee in the room. the property caretaker could not provide any alternative room. The car provided was 15 years old and on the last day the air con was not working properly. the temp was 40 degree. The drive has to cut short the colombo tour and drop us at the airport. All the hotel provided was 3star max. excluding kandy. The driver of the car was good and took care in his driving the entire trip.Show more

My only suggestion would be to either include an option to pay entrance fees up front / build the entrance fees into the price / or list the entrance fees in the itinerary - just to make it easier to manage what cash you need on hand. Everything we saw though was amazing, everywhere we stayed was great and there is absolutely no way in the world I'd be trying to drive that myself, so having a guide(s) who were not only friendly, kind and generally nice people, but also calm and accomplished drivers in crazy driving conditions was invaluable. We had a fantastic holiday - Thank-you!Show more

The tour met expectations, we saw the lovely landscapes, were introduced to the history and culture, and were well taken care of by our guide/driver. We never felt rushed, and he added a few personal touches that enhanced the experience. Just a note, some entrance fees can be expensive for foreigners, and site specific guides may add to expenses. Also, some of the historical sites can be physically challenging to climb, and bring socks to wear at the temples.Show more

This is not a tour. A driver and hotel was provided, nothing else. There was no information about any of the sites....
This is not a tour. A driver and hotel was provided, nothing else. There was no information about any of the sites. The hotels were quite poor, with ants on the floor, in the bed, in the food! Cockroaches at one hotel. Mosquitos in the room led to many uncomfortable bites. Hotels in poor locations, with nothing around. Poor itinerary as some days we were finished by 1 or 2 PM, then had nothing to do until the next day. None of the admission fees are included, and were significantly more then noted in the tour brochure. Not sure what I paid for with this tour. I would recommend hiring a driver when you arrive in Sri Lanka rather than take this tour. You will have nicer hotels for much less money.Show more

Visa
- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 5th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 5th, 2026, a minimum payment of 100% is required to confirm your booking with Total Travel Solution (Pvt) Ltd. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Total Travel Solution (Pvt) Ltd will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
