We would like to clarify that our island-hopping programs are designed to guarantee departures even for solo travelers, couples, or small private bookings, while also offering group departures whenever available. This flexible format allows us to adapt to our travelers’ preferred travel dates rather than requiring fixed departure schedules. In the Galapagos Islands many excursions and visitor sites operate with local certified naturalist guides assigned per island and per excursion in accordance with Galapagos National Park regulations. We understand that the wording of “fully guided” may have created a different expectation, especially compared to traditional escorted group tours, and we truly appreciate your comments as they help us improve how we present our programs and services.
