Hi Darlene, Thank you again for booking with us and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. This is one of our best-selling small-group tours in Croatia (with a maximium of 15 travelers), and we take your feedback seriously. Your comments about travel times, hotel locations, meal timing, and guided activities help us and our local partners identify where improvements are needed. The itinerary combines the support of a tour leader and local guided visits with time to explore independently. We understand that you would have preferred more guided touring and a different balance of organized activities and free time. Regarding the hotel overbooking, we worked with our local partner to address this rare situation and arranged a five-star hotel at no additional cost to you as a goodwill gesture. Our guests’ comfort and enjoyment matter to us, and we took action to help improve your stay. We’re pleased to hear that Spela and Theo were highlights of your trip, and we’ll be happy to pass along your kind words. Thank you again for traveling with us and for sharing your feedback. We would welcome the opportunity to help you choose a future trip that more closely matches your travel preferences. Warm regards, Omega Tours- BG

Written on September 13th, 2026The amount of walking we had to do to see some cathedrals and basilicas was not expected. Only the activities we had in the two days interested me.
