Thank you Charlie and G Adventures. The experience of the Big 5 in Utah was everything I thought it would be. Indescribable scenery, perfect length in each day's activities and I was fortunate to travel with a great bunch of like minded tourists. To G Adventures, you need to clone Charlie. A knowledgeable and outstanding CEO.

Excellent tout, with a nice group and an excellent guide.

Three Italian meals in three nights. The worst part was the danger they put our senior group through. Two nights, we were out at shows at nighttime. Wehad to walk back to hotel unaccompanied. It was unacceptable! A bunch of white hairs with written directions in our hands from a small town in WA. The transportation once in NYC was not smoooth. Airport to hotel, middle of the night… Will never use Collette again!

Great trip, wonderful trip guide.

The tour was great, as was our tour guide Kaitlyn (sp). The helicopter ride was very poor. A very slow pass over the treed area, both coming and going and not enough time over the canyon itself. Commentary from the pilot was virtually non-existent. Very poor!

Great trip. Only issue was food at accomodations not great and dinner at reservation home not great

Our guide, Steve Griffin, was great in every way. The excursions were terrific! Our hotels on nights 3,4,5 were not so great but the others were terrific!! The van was not very comfortable . All things considered, it was a great trip. People should know that they need to be in shape for this trip!

Our tour of the Mighty Five was amazing. This was our first group tour experience and the bar is set high for future adventures.

The tour was great and very informative. Our tour guide was awesome and friendly and making sure everyone is ok.

Great people , Great time. First meal together in los Vegas was awful. It was slimy Thai with NO VEGETABLES. We had to walk across a four lane highway in Los Vegas! I think a great and inexpensive restaurant is Ping Pang Pong.or what ever. Horrible stay in Bluff behind a gas station. No lobby, no restaurant, and no room to move around. Put suitcases on table. Change stay to town of Bland.

Great tour! Really enjoyed it, everything was planned and on time. Stayed in really cool places. The van was clean and comfortable. Really recommend it

Had a wonderful time - a lot of hiking, seeing the sites in Alaska and viewing the Northern Lights.

Citypass was late coming through until I chased it and hotel had an issue with the single supplement so tried to charge me again for a room trying to make me refund with Contiki. Spoiled the start of my trip so had to chase Contiki when I just had arrived. Think I could've done the entire trip cheaper to be honest. Not sure what value Contiki added.

Guides and activities - professionalism at its best.

Great tour guide, Michael M. Great hotels. Wish we had more time on the beach, for swim and that we would stop for photo op. Too bad for Maui fires, we would have loved to go to the other side of island- the stay in Kauea was hurried and rush/rush.

Not as good as other tours.

The tour guide and driver were excellent. Some of the hotels were a bit far from the city. Over all great tour and activities meet some really great people on the way

Covered the southwestern parks I most wanted to see. Tour director was very knowledgeable and patient; driver was charming and helpful. Accommodations were perfectly situated, and excursions were fun.

I was unable to get instant support from tourradar help desk operator when I was stuck at the airport and not knowing where I should be going and told that they are only travel agents and I need to contact the tour Globus company myself.. even though I did the booking with tourradar.. Very disappointing and should be more organised..

An amazing experience with excellent tour guides. The only reason it didn’t score excellent was due to the coach travel, there was A LOT of it. On one day I think we were travelling for 8 hours. I also think more days are needed in some locations, especially one more In Philadelphia, as that barely counted as a stop.

Awesome tour. Our tour guide was excellent. Showed us a plethora of wildlife we never would have found on our own. Nice smooth trip.

Mike the guide was wonderful.. Good since of humor and very well educated on what he was talking about ,,... My husband and had a trip of a life time. Seen such beautiful and breath taking scenery and so many wild life. Thank you ! Sharon Plumb

Bamba Travel was the only tour operator which responded and agreed to help me plan my tour in Hawaii. Although I would have liked a more thoroughly organised tour like pick up from the cruise terminal and transport to the Kualoa ranch organised, I had to take the public bus by myself. It was a bit daunting but Bamba gave me some instructions. At Hawaii it quite easy and safe to take public transport during the day. Bamba was helpful at every step. A bit slow with regards to correspondence bec of time differences as they are in the USA but they would respond daily. Thank you Bamba for helping me organise a tailored plan to meet most of my needs. I had a great time in Hawaii.

Great tour!! Our guide, Eduardo, was extraordinary with his knowledge and passion. He was also very entertaining. The 3 day tour was perfect!

Good time with lots of riding in the van going to interesting places

We had a wonderful time. The tour was well planned and well managed. The CEO was excellent ..good driver, good communicator, had good knowledge of the local attractions and made great recommendations for restaurants. The group we were with was also a very pleasant group which made the experience that much more enjoyable. That said, would have loved to see the accommodations updated.. most except the Denali cabins were old and "weathered".
