Kyle (our tour director) was great. He went over and above to make our European Whirl trip wonderful. We had a disabled person on the tour and I was very impressed with the care and compassion shown so that gentlemen had a wonderful experience. Overy the 12 days we only had one bad experience and that was when we arrived back in London on the Eurostar the Trafalgar Representative (not Kyle as we left him in Paris) greeted us however we had to wait over one hour for our transfer to arrive to take us to the hotel.
- by Robyn Cossar-Ransfieldtour priority misplaced given more importance to options for dinner and dance programs instead of spending more time to sight seeing rushing for the time in the morning , not giving enough time for breakfast and later have 2-4 hours free time

Do not take this trip it's not alocal tour leader it's a rip off go to albatross tours there the real thing
This was not the best of Switzerland Far from it. DATE 3RD August 2022 1. The tour leader(not guide)told us this was a blind tour (thats a new one)which means the leader had not done the tour before and was not a local The tour leader was from Italy Not a local as promised in the itinerary this is from the itinerary (Your local group leader will provide expert advice on how to make the most of your free time, as well as giving you orientation walks around each place so you can get your bearing) this from there trip notes the local tour guide was the main reason i took the tour Our tour leader did the tour from a phone as the leader had never been there before. I come 33hours from Australia to get a local tour guide !!!! I paid single supp and didntt know some hotel rooms are 2star I only found out when I got the itinerary from the leader from our whats app group when we started if it had had the names that are web sight trip itinerary I could have looked them up if I known some were 2 star I could have made an informed decision. Here are the hotel names look them up and decide for yourself 1.Zurich hotel Montana self check in not easy (terrible room) 2.st Gallen hotel elite 2 star nothing in room apart from bed 3.Lucern Hotel Alpha 4.Jungfrau interlaken youth hostel 5.bulle very noisy Hine Adon 6.Bern nothing special Hotel National Also there is a lot of back tracking on the trains thats not on the trip notes like St Galan you there from ZURICH to st galan then back to zurch Jungfrau you do 8 train rides 3 up the mountain 3 down the mountain then a train to bern the another train to bulle thats 8 trains in one day Bulle you catch the train to Maison gruyere then train back to bulle then bus from bulle to choclate factory gruyere right past where you been in the morning This is not a tour I would recommend

The tour truly gave us the highlights of the beautiful cities. Our tour director was knowledgeable and caring. Loved the first class hotels. We saw the sites one only reads about: the Vatican, St. Mark's' square, Venetian glass demo, historical, picturesque Lucerne, hotel near the Eifflel Tower, enjoying the hourly light show, the Louvre and so much more. Our 40 traveling companions were congenial and we all seemed to enjoy this memorable experience. It's a great value.
- by Dianne EltonI would highly recommend the Italian Mosaic tour. Everything was so well organized and Sabina our tour guide was outstanding. Gerardo our bus driver did an excellent job and I felt totally safe with him driving. Daily included tours were excellent and optional tours worth the cost.

Stunning scenery! It's a demanding hike so make sure you've prepared well because you do the circuit clockwise which has steeper ascents. The accommodation was as expected but most meals weren't great.. I'm sure better choices could be made. Take your own first aid supplies and hiking poles are essential.
- by Kim CoppleWonderful tour, great tour guide (Shaun), good and scenic campsites, large tents. I wouldn’t rate the hiking trip a grade 4 though, it’s a more a 5 or even 6 on some days. You definitely need to be fit. Poor chef (Kieran) he was late on several occasions for dinner in the evenings due to staying out too long paragliding. Breakfast and lunch were very poor, very very basic. Not enough vegetables or fruit options either.

Well organised trip, great hotel and informative leader. Hilghy recommened
- by Clauria GonzalezWe were looking forward to this tour with Cosmos, but from the beginning it was a disappointment. First, our assigned tour guide did not show (Patricia Sutrell) instead, a Mr. Luigi Pasquale, a condescending, patronizing Italian man who looked at us all as "less-than-Italians" people. Mr. Pasquale most of the time seemed confused about his job, improvising constantly and showing few skills to manage a 40+ group of travelers. Cosmos failed to timely announce the change of tour director, and also failed to announce -until the very same day- the cancellation of all excursions in London due to the Coronation of King Charles III. These facts created uncertainty and confusion on all travelers and most decided to remain in the hotel due to the lack of prevision and initiative of COSMOS and the new tour director to find a new activity for us customers during these two days in London. I expected more from this tour, especially with the price we paid and I can safely say that I am really disappointed!! This "Best of Europe London-Paris" Tour Code 5160 30505 from 5-22 May 2023 tour looked more as a "road endurance trip with just a few stops"" than the luxury tour Cosmo claims it to be. During this tour we spent more time inside the bus than actually exploring the different cities along the way in the different countries traveled. As an example, in Germany, one of the most important countries in Europe we spent barely 1hour walking the streets of Heidelberg, on our own, (without any guidance from Mr. Luigi) to later return hurriedly to the bus to continue our long trip (6 hours) to Lucerne, Switzerland. I imagine we would have had more time to explore the different cities if not for the constant stops at gas stations on the highway, called "toilet and lunch stops" by the tour director because astonishingly, we were NOT allowed to use the toilet inside the coach. (Reason? We don't want to get it dirty..) I have been on more that 6 other tours with different companies and this was the first time this happened to us. All these stops cost us at least 2 hours every day., time we could have used to walk and explore the towns and cities along the way during this tour. This denotes poor time management by Mr. Luigi and poor planning by COSMOS.. Seemed they were more interested in certain force-fed business activities we guests attended -because there was no alternative- such as a Glass blowing factory, a Leather factory, a Perfume company and the gas stations during this trip, where the company or the Tour Director could get a percentage commission or perks for the sale of items. The hotels: Most hotels in the brochure/tour travel plan, were supposed to be at least 3 stars, what a lie !! These hotels on the average were 1* and just two of them could have been 2** hotels. Want to name some of the hotels that do not warrant a stay on this high priced tour. -- The Central Park Hotel, very old hotel in the outskirts -20-25 minutes by car of Sorrento, Italy. Bad food, no Wi-Fi and poor service and attitude by hotel personnel. The Drei Koenige in Lucerne, Switzerland, the most centric hotel in the tour but an old hotel without the expected normal amenities of a supposed 2* or 3*** hotel. The Poppi Hotel (Not in Venice, but about 40 minutes away from the city) the service/amenities were subpar and its location precluded travelers from going on their own to visit Venice due to the lengthy travel by train or city-bus. We never got guidance from our tour director on travel on our own, just "be aware of pick-pockets"... There were many more anomalies during this tour that we just finished, what happened force us to decide never to use COSMOS again or recommend this company to other fellow travel enthusiasts.

A truly magical tour! Every aspect of the tour was professional and super organised. Look no further - this is THE BEST SWITZERLAND bus/train tour.
- by MichellePhilip Orna was a great tour director and Enrico a great bus operator who made the 15 Europe Highlights tour seamless and a life long memory. Nevertheless, I suggest finding better hotels in Venice, Rome and Florence and allowing tourists to dine at the local Italian markets. Overall, a five star experience!

Our 16 days Europe Crown tour was fantastic. I would definitely recomend it to anyone. Our best operator Anuj was excellent He was so professional and very helpful.
- by Nelly PolicarpioThis really is not a tour. It is a place to stay for five nights with three day excursions, all of which could have been booked by the individuals and saved 50%.

Overall it was excellent because of the spectacular scenery and our fabulous guide Max. We also stayed in good places and Max made us great meals. Unfortunately the rest of our group only spoke French so the experience was diminished because of this. Max did his best to compensate and include us - but it was still awkward and disappointing at times. 7 days is a long time not being able to converse with your group members - particularly at meal times. Shame.
- by LyanneThe details could have been better. The starting point ‘alpine cafe’ the notes said your hotel will give you directions, the hotel and driver didn’t know and there are multiple ‘alpine cafes’ also I was told under no circumstances could I wear below the ankle boots yet half the group was. And half the group was told we needed to store our gear at our hotels and half had it brought by van to the end point. That would have saved us some time if we knew our bags could be brought to us.

Great guide, well organized with good support. Personalized side tours that broadened your appreciation of your location. Switzerland is very expensive but a must see
- by John MorleyMaria Pilar Roccio is the best tour guide that my wife and I have ever had. She worked hard every day to solve problems for her clients and to ensure an optimal tour experience for them. She is personable and and puts customer service first. Collette is indeed fortunate to have her as a tour guide. Alden Abbott

It is very clear that Flavio Lazzaretto shows enthusiasm for his home country of Italy. His knowledge, professionalism and sense of humour takes his tours to the next level. He made the tour very memorable. I also felt very safe while our driver Ettore was behind the wheel. I would highly recommend and hope to take another tour with Flavio in the future!
- by Stephanie WeilerFlavio Lazzaretto Was an excellent guide. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the places visited was infectious. Flavio added a culinary experience to the tour. His he was generous with his time, always willing to help and made the tour highly enjoyable.
