We booked according to the offer in bambas catalogue. Let me say, what they promise is not what you get. We booked 4*, most of accommodations were 3*. You cannot check upfront, becausee you get the hotels via an app last minute, too. Everything is booked by bamba last minute by sub- or subsubagencies. Some tours didnot take place. Communication with Bamba was super complicated, friendly but not helpful. The accommodations sometimes do not fit the description of the catalogue. Local agencies try their best to fix what they can. Be ready not to get information what to do where the best, you have to collect info by yourself. After having the experience with bamba and g adventures, I will defi tively never again go with bamba but adventures instead.Show more

So glad we booked this tour with Bamba Experience through Tour Radar, from the very beginning, before we even booked the trip I had excellent correspondence with Jacquie, from the Bamba team who answered the many many questions I had. She made sure to answer my questions as thoroughly as she could, meaning I was prepared for anything! When we went on the tour, I had email correspondence from a few members of the Bamba Team, who provided a detailed itinerary of the whole trip, with all the numbers of the accommodations we were staying in as well as all the numbers of the transport services we used. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 90 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
