    I am interested in a Bhutan tour, but it wouldn't let me reserve because I would be traveling alone and perhaps joining a group. Is that not possible?

      We have different cancellation policies. You can cancel any time without any charges before 15 days of departure date. Beside this, you can only pay 10% deposits for secure your space.

    • At this time it is still uncertain whether Bhutan will be fully open for tourists without quarantine due to covid19. Anyone can travel in Bhutan but need to stay 14 days of strict quarantine. Bhutan is easing restrictions from July 2022, June to August are not recommended to travel to Bhutan due to rainy seasons, please plan September to May.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before May 7th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Himalayan Glacier Adventure and Travel Company. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Himalayan Glacier Adventure and Travel Company will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Himalayan Glacier Adventure and Travel Company" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
