UME Travel Co. LtdOperator•Written December 2025If you'd like to arrive earlier and stay an extra night, the cost is USD105 per room per night. If you need an airport/train station pick-up, it's USD55 per ride for a 5-seater car. About the walking distances and physical requirements for each site: 1.Heavenly Lake (Tianchi) Loop Trail: The full loop is 12.5 km, usually taking 3–5 hours. 2.Karez Underground Irrigation System: The underground channel is short and takes about 30 minutes to walk through. 3.Mingsha (Singing Sand) Dunes: Climbing to the top takes around 40 minutes and can be tiring; you may consider not going all the way up. 4.Jiayuguan Overhanging Great Wall: Walking along the wall takes about 40 minutes to 1 hour. 5.Zhangye Danxia National Geopark: Most viewing platforms require walking up wooden staircases, usually 10–20 minutes each. These are the main walking sections. The rest of the attractions are mostly guided visits with easy walking and frequent stops.
