Bishkek to Osh
You'll land at Manas International Airport in Bishkek and catch a domestic flight down to Osh. Your guide meets you at the airport, then it's a transfer to your hotel where you can check in after 14:00. The rest of the day is yours to relax and get acclimated to the area.

Osh to Aflatun River Valley
After heading out from Osh, you're transferred to the Aflatun river valley in Western Tien Shan's eastern Chatkal Range. The 7-hour journey gets you to a tent camp positioned where the Aflatun and Utur rivers meet, surrounded by walnut trees. You'll gain about 340m in elevation as you make your way to this mountain base.

Landmarks Chatkal Range Aflatun River - Day 3
Trekking to South Aflatun River Valley
Your trek starts along the South Aflatun river valley heading toward where the Uyalma tract joins in. You'll walk through spruce forests on a good dirt road that winds through the river canyon. After having lunch in a birch forest by the water, you keep going up the gorge until reaching a wide valley where the rivers converge, with green lawns stretching across it.

Landmarks South Aflatun River Valley Uyalma Tract - Day 4
Kuldambes Pass to Lake Sary-Chelek
This day involves crossing Kuldambes pass at 2946m/9662ft with the Uyalma Valley and Chatkal Ridge around you, then moving on to Ashuu pass at 2551m/8369ft. From Ashuu you get views down to Lake Sary-Chelek before descending into the lake valley. This alpine lake is one of Central Asia's deepest, sitting at the third deepest in the region.

- Day 5
Makmal Pass Trek
Starting from Lake Sary-Chelek, you trek upstream along the river until it meets the Makmal river. Alpine meadows fill the route leading to Makmal pass at 2654m/8707ft. You can make a quick ascent to a nearby summit if you want, then eat lunch at the pass before descending the Kurumdu river into the Kara-Suu valley.

- Day 6
Lake Kara-Suu and Nomadic Life
After the past two demanding trekking days, this is an easier hike down the river valley to Lake Kara-Suu, a beautiful lake hemmed in by a gorge with Min-Teke mountain range views. Following lunch, you'll do some horseback riding and learn about nomadic life from locals in the region.

Landmarks Lake Kara-Suu Min-Teke Mountain Range - Day 7
Lakes Trek to Tuyuk-Kol and Kyla-Kol
From Lake Kara-Suu you make an easy climb to Kuturma pass at 2446m/8026ft on a path between juniper trees and rocks. The pass gives you panoramic views of Lake Sary-Chelek's southern section. After a steep but short descent through flowering fields, you reach Lake Iri-Kol and continue to your camp between lakes Tuyuk-Kol and Kyla-Kol.

Lake Sary-Chelek to Osh
You trek toward Lake Sary-Chelek's southern end, walking through apple orchards and passing numerous turquoise lakes with mountain views appearing at every turn. Once you finish trekking, you're transferred back to Osh for a solo walk around the city to explore whatever interests you before the evening.

Osh to Bishkek
You're transferred to Osh airport and fly back to Bishkek on a domestic flight. Your guide meets you at Bishkek airport and takes you to your hotel where check-in happens after 14:00. You have free time for the rest of the day to recover and rest.
