Everything was well organized, and having a private guide made the trip much more relaxing. We loved visiting Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hiroshima at our own pace. The guide was knowledgeable and very friendly with our kids. Hotels were comfortable and transportation was smooth. What we appreciated most was the flexibility to customize parts of the itinerary. Since it was our first time visiting Japan, we weren’t sure where to start, but the team did a great job arranging activities that matched our interests. The communication throughout the entire process was smooth and responsive, which made planning the trip much easier. - For any tour departing before May 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of $75 is required to confirm your booking with UME Travel Co. Ltd. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
