Accommodations are really nice. In general, it's not that fast.paced. In the cities we toured, we got a chance to explore it a little more on our own. The border crossing in Niagara was not that time consuming and our tour leader, Luis was very patient and accommodating with all of us. The only negative I could point out was the bus used in the 2nd half of the tour. Which apparently broke down on our way back to New York. We got stranded somewhere in Pennsylvania for almost 7 hours.Show more

There was never a formal introduction from the director nor an introduction of about the driver. Timings were vague and so one one person's twenty minutes was very different from anothers ..this resulted in wasted time waiting for people to arrive. Very little information was provided especially when a specific question was asked...ie: what is in the museum....? The response was ' nothing much'! Should have been an outstanding trip!!Show more
