What a surprise. Very organized and informed. Our guide in Xi’an was Rita and she really cared for us and made sure we were well informed, safe and had wonderful, plentiful meals. When it rained, she went and bought rain ponchos and umbrellas! What a gem. Xi’an was more than just the Terracotta Warriors: there beautiful parks, the city wall, the street food area and on. We got a good feel of this ancient city. Beijing was great. A cosmopolitan city full of unique foods and beautiful buildings and shops. The Great Wall experience was fantastic and our guide Kevin gave us a history lesson by the numbers! Shanghai was a marvel; with the new buildings in Pudong, the Pearl, and the Bund. The organized river cruise let us see all the sights. Our guide was informative and helped us find the best markets. Overall a great tourShow more

  Would it be possible to provide a price for a 5-Star hotel and a 4-Star hotel? I stay in a lot of Hilton Hotels, so I can get those for free. I don't know if there are any Hilton Hotels there or if they are even nice or even in a good location.

  We usually do not suggest our clients take the domestic flight to the departure city and then connect the international flight back home on the same day. Therefore, I suggest you fly to Beijing one day earlier, stay one night there and then catch your international flight on the second day.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 26th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 26th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Travel China Guide. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
