Are there any group/shared tours I can join in September?

There are several tours being formed in September. Please tell me your interest and rough arrival date.

We are 3 persons visiting your beautiful country, and would like to take this tour, but we have exact dates between our flights. We arrive in 31 Aug in the evening, and want to start the tour on 1st September, and end on 11th September, because we have the flight on the 12th September. Do you have a tour which accommodate our dates?

why is that the tour states 11 days and the day of availability counts to only 10 days?

If I arrive on August 28,2025 and depart on September 9,2025. Will the 11 days Tour: Hot Gobi to Hot Spring accommodate my schedule?

Is the Ger shared by many people or can we have ONLY 2 people sharing? Is customisation to the trip possible? One person is Vegetarian (egg is ok). What sort of food options are available? What sort of showering facilities are available? How big is the group size?

We can give you a ger for just two of you. Yes I will happily assist to tailor your tour. You can tell me of your interests on activities and places. Vegeterian is very welcome, Our guides are well versed in cooking for vegeterian people. However, there won't be many options. Nomadic people doesn't have a shower however we can visit nearby camp to shower. Also we have 3 stops where we can shower. Group size is 4-5 people.

Overall, this was an amazing tour and I’m so happy I chose it. The highlight for me was Michelle, who picked me up at the beginning of the trip. I was quite anxious because I hadn’t received detailed pickup information until the day before. As a first-time traveler to Mongolia, I wasn’t sure what to expect. When I told Michelle about my concerns, she took care of everything. She contacted the tour team, explained all the details, and made sure I understood what was happening. Her hospitality was incredible, and she made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. During the tour, I stayed with Seegii’s family, and it was such a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the ger was cozy and beautiful, and the family welcomed me with so much kindness. I came to Mongolia mainly because I wanted to enjoy horseback riding, and when I told them that, they happily let me ride freely. I really appreciated that they respected what I wanted from the trip. The nature was absolutely breathtaking. The landscapes are something you have to see with your own eyes, and staying with a nomadic family made the experience even more special. It’s a tour I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience the real Mongolia. One suggestion for improvement: I wish there had been better communication from the tour company before the trip. I didn’t receive enough information in advance, so I felt quite anxious before arriving. A little more detailed information beforehand would make the experience even better. The process until reaching the moment we arrived in Mongolia was long. It felt strange to pay it all in advance without having any assurances that this was not a scam. Also it was strange to pay it all so long in advance. It would have sufficed to ensure a deposit on a credit card and pay another 30% just before departure and the final 30% upon meeting the staff. The credit card would have guaranteed everyone a surety. This is the main reason, I will not use Tourradar again. We should have asked for a detailed programme and a detailed list of the amenities at each stay. We should have asked for approximate timings of each day. Now, all this is minor and could be resolved but we were taken aback by the lack of (bearable) WC and shower, still we saw it as an adventure. Others that would have booked this tour could have been shocked. We were pleasantly surprised by the ingenuity and plasticity of the involved people when our initial car was unusable, the swiftness they fixed a replacement and the ease they organized a new car the day after. Our tour was not at all impacted. This is a strength! The rest was impeccable. I would book the same mongolian guys again but not through tourradar. the payment issue has really put me off.Show more
