Will it be possible to get a LOI in time?

We will need two weeks to get the result of the Letter of Invitation. That means yes.

Is it visa on arrival, on the border? Or do i have to get the visa, before hand? And can i do it in the Tashkent? They have an Turkmenistan embassy there? And What would be the waiting time for the visa?

I am curious on what the rate would be for 3 people. My other question is if a tour in the reverse order is possible. More specifically starting at Shavat border and ending at the Farab border.

  My validity is Aug 15-31. Unless LOI's are mandatory linked to tour companies--as long as it is transferrable, I'm sure I can give them a small fee to transfer it to you if possible
