When I arrive to Lisbon, I plan to head south, probably to Lagos. It looks like the first Day of the tour is for accommodations. Would I be able to get a transfer from the train station to the hotel?

You misunderstand. On Day one, I'm thinking I could take a train from Lagos to Porto. When I arrive at Porto, could I get a transfer to the hotel?

What time does the tour depart from Porto airport (just trying to figure out a flight arrival time. And if the trip returns to Lisbon should I fly into Porto and return from Lisbon.
