    Clients only have 7 days total, will that work for this tour? Can they either get a discount for the last night they don't use in Lisbon or can we add some optional activities in the pricing for them? If we have 6 passengers, is the host 7th person free?

      This is a tour package - usually there is no refund for services that the travellers not used. but on this case we can reduce $100 for each double or triple room in total for the the last night that they want to cancel.
      There is no free if they are 7 passengers they need to book 7 passengers.

      So if I'm the travel agent, I am not able to join as a host if I have 6 paid bookings? I was told after every 6 paid passengers, the host is free. Is this my understanding correct?

      You need to do your own way to meeting point with the tour guide. Usually the hotels is not so far 2-3 KM away. The hotels reception can recommend for restaurants.
