For those that want to see the highlights of mainland Vietnam, this is an awesome trip. We upgraded to the 4-star option which gave us a little more room in the hotels. We also scheduled an extra day for relaxation in Hoi An (which was in the middle of our tour) just to have a break from the relatively early starts and hopping on and off buses, boats, planes etc. All the tours and guides were very friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend for those with limited time that want to get a very good overall view of VietnamShow more

COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS .: were excellent from booking to conclusion of trip..We knew what was happening every step of the way . .Compliments to Trinh Thuy PICK UP AND DROP OFF On time and confirmed for each day's activities.. We never had to worry about getting to and from airports or being picked by local tour operators STAFF AND TOUR GUIDES All were friendly courteous and informative ACCOMODATIONS These were conveniently located, Rooms clean and comfortable except the room in Ho Chi Min a liitle small when we have two large suitcases and the room stuffy and humid . Hotel staff everywhere very good. MEALS . Most Hotel Breakfasts were adequate. The one in Hoi An was not up to standard and choice very limited The lunches and dinners booked as part of the tour were very good. THE TOURS OFFERED IN EACH LOCATION The offered tours and trips were all excellent.. The Ha Long Bay trip was great and the on board accommodation on the boat beautiful as was the bay it self.. The time in Hoi An was not sufficient for this wonderful place. We know two nights would have been better We think that the tour In Hoi An should also include(add) a prepaid electric open car tour of town for say 2 hours . We did this on our own. Da Nang offers much to do and we independently visited Sun Mountain Banah Hills We think you should include a prepaid half day trip as part of the Tour. The opportunity to visit this site should NOT be lost Ho Chi Min City .We think 4 nights is too long and 3 would be sufficient.There was a lot of free time and we think you should advise what other activiites we could have done. I think the Water Puppet Show should be offered as a pre paid activity on this tour. We did it ourselves and it was a wonderful experience. May be a prepaid Night club activity could be offered. You could also mention there is dancing , western style ,at night ,in the park near the Hotel in Ho Chi Min.I think it is only friday and weekend? We think you should also advise tourists to visit Ben Thanh Markets.and stay for 2 hours .In your brochure you would drop us off at Markets but we did not know what these were . Basically I think you should highlight what else to do in Ho Chi Min City apart from the booked tour that we had. INTERNAL FLIGHTS. We were able to book the same flights on Trip.Com for much less than you offered. We think if your service fee for these bookings were only a small fee we would have left it to you to organise for our convenience and for you to be sure the Tour was not interrupted by mistaken bookings by your clients. SUMMARY 5 Stars-Excellent Very good first time experience of Vietnam,- geography, history ,culture .food and the people.. The Tour Price is very affordable and even if you added some extra prepaid activities as suggested the cost would not change much .
