Once we confirm the booking or start the booking process, your payment card will be charged 100% of the tour price. If the tour is cancelled due to not enough travelers, we will notify TourRadar for refund or help you find a tour closest to the one you selected. We will open the tour 2-3 months before the departure date. We will send you an update 3 months prior and check for final decision 2 months before the trip. We will notify you as soon as the tour is confirmed. You may stay in Kyoto instead of returning to Tokyo - keep in mind that there may be additional cost for price difference between Tokyo and Kyoto hotel accommodation.

  Could we stay in extra night in Koyto instead of coming back to Toyko on Day 6? Also, when will be know whether the tour has enough partipants to be a go as that will impact of ability to buy flights.
