  Not exactly worth the money.. you don't get what you're promised. This tour was a glorified bundle deal to get 4 of Spotin's excursions and a hotel in town. Buying each of these excursions and booking your hotel on your own would have saved so much money. I figured that with it providing transportation, as promised on the description, that would make the $899 worth it. I was disappointed to find out when I arrived that you do not get point to point transportation so you will end up taking taxis and uber everywhere. Over a week, they really add up in cost. It was even more disappointing because after talking to folks on these excursions, Spotin was picking and dropping them off at their hotel but as a guest doing this expensive package, that wasn't an option. Spotin advertised places on this tour that we did not go to. After talking to their guides, I learned that they do tours differently according to availability. The coffee farm tour was also supposed to include a microbrewery tour but because our group was too small, we didn't do it. Last thing to remember, you'll likely be the only person doing this package. This is not really a tour group, per se. Like I said, this is a bundle of excursions so you'll have different people on your excursions each day. The week I came I was the only person doing this tourradar tour. I figured with me being the only one it'd be easier to make requests and have Spotin assist me but I was wrong. Additionally, very disorganized at times. I was given a schedule and a guide's phone number and basically told to go find my guide for each tour on my own. Often times guides would change and so I'd have a hard time reaching anyone. Pros: PR is beautiful and my vacation was absolutely wonderful. I ended up booking a lot of other excursions with other companies because the 5 excursions that Spotin gave me, were not enough. The tours seemed to be geared toured 20somethings which was perfect for me because I was always with a group my age.Show more

  I would highly, highly recommend Spotin to anyone and everyone. I had the best travel experience with them and fell in love with Puerto Rico - the place and the people (including our guides). This was an incredible way to experience PR, get off the beaten path, have some adventure and learn a lot. The waterfalls we visited were stunning, as were the beaches. The rainforest hike was challenging and felt like a big accomplishment. The accommodations were great and in a perfect location in Old Town. Everything about this trip far exceeded my expectations. I will remember this trip for a lifetime and thank Spotin for that.Show more
