    Dawn

    Asked on December 30th, 2025

Is it realistic we can visit reindeer family when we only have one day in this area?

    Tour Details
    • View Mongolia TravelOperatorWritten January 2026

To visit the authentic Reindeer tribe, you need around 5 to 7 days from the lake and 9 to 12 days from Ulaanbaatar. During the tourist season, the Reindeer tribe's representative arrives at the lake for an income supplement, and you will visit them. Thus, they are touristy.
