Itinerary
- Day 1
Beirut
You'll be picked up at Beirut International Airport and taken to your hotel. The afternoon and evening are open, so you can either explore the capital's neighborhoods and cafes or take it easy before things get going.

Batroun - Byblos
Head north to Byblos, one of the world's oldest cities and where the alphabet originated. Walk through the ancient Citadel, check out the Roman site and the Church of St. John, then wander the old souk. After that, travel to Batroun for a 45-minute walk on narrow cobblestone streets with Ottoman houses, explore the souks there, and see Phoenician port ruins. You'll return to Byblos for the night.

Tripoli - Cedars of Lebanon - Qadisha Valley
After breakfast, drive to Tripoli in the north to see the Crusader Fortress, Great Mosque, and the famous souqs. Then travel through mountain scenery to the Cedars of Lebanon for a 45-minute walk among thousand-year-old trees. Later, head down into Qadisha Valley with its caves, rock shelters, and monasteries. If time works out, visit Bcharre village and the Gibran Khalil Museum. You'll stay overnight in an active monastery in the valley.

Jeita Grottos - Mtein
Travel to the Jeita Grottos, a 9km cave system with illuminated upper sections you'll walk through and a lower section explored by boat past stalactites and stalagmites. Then head to Mtein, one of Lebanon's oldest villages, to walk around its 500m2 town square and explore its architecture. Locals sometimes offer traditional rose or mulberry water to visitors.

Bekaa Valley - Baalbek - Chateau Ksara
After breakfast, drive to the Bekaa Valley and Baalbek to see the Roman ruins and its large Acropolis. Continue to Chateau Ksara winery to tour the Roman cellars (stretching over 2km), walk through vineyards, and do a wine tasting. You'll stay at a local guesthouse with dinner included.

Barouk Natural Reserve - Beiteddine Palace
After breakfast, head to Barouk Natural Reserve for a scenic hike lasting 3 to 4 hours with an observation point, a hill lake, and reforestation sites. You'll grab lunch locally before going to Beiteddine Palace, a grand 19th-century structure built in 1788 on a hill with terraced gardens. Stay at a homestay where Selim and his mother will prepare traditional Lebanese food.

Niha - Jezzine - Sidon - Tyr
A short transfer takes you to Niha for an easy walk to Jezzine, visiting Niha Fort for panoramic views and the Jezzine Waterfall. Then travel south to Sidon, a coastal town with winding alleyways, old souks, and Ottoman-era mosaics. See the Crusader Sea Castle, Khan el Franj, and the ancient Eschmoun Temples. Finish by transferring to Tyr for the night.

Beirut
In Tyr, a UNESCO World Heritage city, walk through various archaeological sites including the Necropolis, Roman colonnades, and the Hippodrome, one of the largest from Roman times. Then travel back to Beirut. Check out the Armenian quarters and do some last-minute shopping in the busy streets.

Beirut
Take a tour of Beirut with a local guide who'll show you the city in an unconventional way based on your interests, whether that's food, art, lifestyle, or politics. Visit the Beirut National Museum to see ancient artifacts from prehistoric times through the Mameluke period. The evening is yours to relax and think about what you've seen.
