I loved the look of your trip North-South Vietnam for 10 days. I will be travelling solo and wonder if you have experience of other solo travellers on this trip? I wondered if it is possible to book a shared room for a few nights (maybe 3) to lower the cost of the trip at all? Also, how much it would cost to book a private cabin on the sleeper train as I would prefer not to share when travelling on my own on the train if possible please.

If you want to have a private train cabin: the extra fee is 165 usd. You can book it after confirm the booking.

Is it possible to extend the tour and how much would it be, if possible? - 2 nights before and 2 nights after. For the day of departure, is it possible to leave the luggage in consignment until the pick-up for transfer at the airport? Can we have the same hotel as used for the tour in Hanoi and HCMC with breakfast included? Are there cabins available just for two on the train? Would it be possible to add the Ninh Binh - Hoa Lu - Tam Coc - Cycling tour on April 13th? On Day 7 in Hoi An, is cycling on our own recommended?

It is possible to extend the tour for 2 nights before and 2 nights after at the same hotel in Hanoi and HCM city. It costs 43 usd/1 room/1 night including breakfast. You can leave luggage at the store until airport transfer. Train cabin is for 4 people sharing, but private cabin option is available for 55 usd/1 person. Ninh Binh day tour can be added for 33 usd/1 person. The hotel in Hoi An provides free cycles for guests to cycle around the old town.

Is it possible to get airport transfer in the early morning of 24th April to the hotel? Additionally, is it possible to add another day onto the hotel booking at the start (ie 23-24 April night) so that I can check in immediately?

I booked a 10 day trip from Hanoi to DaNang to HCM city. Tien Manh assisted me via contact through Zalo App and email, setting everything up before my arrival and also during the trip as needed. He helped to arrange tickets, drivers between locations, and answered questions promptly. I did not stay with one group of tourist for the whole trip, rather meeting up with new people for different parts of the tour. The tour exceeded our expectations. From start, tour manager, Mahn from Vietnam Real Tours contacted me and continued to provide excellent communication throughout the tour. We wished to update the tour to provide extra days in a couple of places along the way. As it was a busy time of Tet festival, some of the journey details were rearranged by Mahn who dealt with all bookings to accommodate our wishes so we did not miss any part of the tour. The tour was excellent, providing flexibility with dates on each component from pick up from airport to hotel to day trip and continuation of journey. All happened so seamlessly as organised by Mahn which took any stress out of bookings to fit within 15 day stay without visa. The hotels booked on the tour by Mahn were thoughtfully located to explore areas and of the best quality. I had an injury whilst in tour and Mahn arranged an upgrade for us to make me comfortable having to miss a day trip. I thank him for his care with this. The sight seeing trips arranged for us were great too. Good English speaking and variety to give us taste of Vietnam. I normally arrange all components of a journey when travelling lots in SE Asia, to save cost. However, thought for short time, first time to Vietnam, it was easy to have independence of dates but everything arranged for us. Definitely worth the price to know good research has been done by to our manager having knowledge and communication with all hotels and drivers already. Small price to pay. Thank you so much, Mahn.
