Absolutely love love love TTR Mongolia! We spent a spectacular four days on a customized trip lead by the owner. It was packed with beautiful sand dunes, lakes, historical sites, museums, monasterys, a culture show, camel and horseback riding, shopping, and great company. The food was delicious, and catered towards our taste. Doljkoo is a delight and makes every adventure so fun! The driver guide is very good and safe on the road. He was very polite--he always took care of our luggage, opened our doors for us, and made sure we had a beverage available, and he is a very talented photographer. They know all the secrets to a fun stay, and make you feel like you are together with them on a trip as friends and not guides! I love the people of TTR, you will too once you meet them and go on a tour. This was my second tour with TTR, we have become incredible friends, and I can't wait to go back for another!

What an unforgettable experience. Wonderful ! I can’t recommend the trip more highly. I didn’t want to leave. The scenery - the monastery - the horse trekking - all fabulous. Why really made the trip was my guises with TTR - Doljin and Amkar could not have been more welcoming and informative. I learnt so much about Mongolian life. They took me on great trips into the countryside of the steppes and even to their local friends t the Ger to sample traditional hospitality and food. They are all my friends now. Many thanks and can’t wait to return. Dale
Horseback and Nomadic life combined tour
Overall the trip was a magical experience. Even though we had unexpected weather events (knee-high snow in May) we never felt unsafe or insecure. The food which was served was great and the hospitality of all the families we stayed with was amazing. Nevertheless there are some points that I would like to highlight which left room for improvement. For the future we suggest that you publish a packing list. We came very prepared (e.g. emergency blankets against the cold, flashlights) but we do not think it can be assumed that everyone knows what they signed up for. Further, if there are changes in the itinerary it is not the guests part to ask if there were abbreviation but the guide's task to inform the guest asap. Lastly, at the last day of the horseback riding trip (so the second last night in total), we did not feel welcomed by the atmosphere in the evening when playing cards, so we left right away. This was sad because we had such a great time with everyone before. Still, overall this trip was unforgettable and we would definitely do it again.
