We believe the situation mainly resulted from a misunderstanding regarding the similarity between the alternative and original tours. While the details and similarity were shared with you in advance, it appears this may not have been fully conveyed to the clients, who confirmed they were happy to proceed. Unfortunately, on the day of the original tour, we were informed that they no longer wished to join due to the similarity, when it was already too late to make changes. Nevertheless, we provided reasonable compensation to the clients as a gesture of goodwill. We always do our best to support our clients and act based on the confirmations we receive.
