We would like to clarify that our team was in close contact with our local partner throughout your trip and did everything possible to assist you. The drop-off locations were affected by local road restrictions, and once we were informed, we immediately followed up with our partner and arranged the compensation available. Regarding the airport transfer, the delay was due to unexpected traffic, which can unfortunately be difficult to predict. The pickup had been scheduled four hours before your flight to allow sufficient time for the journey. As for the hotel, it is officially classified as a 4-star property according to its official website. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will share your comments with the hotel. We believe the situation mainly resulted from a misunderstanding regarding the similarity between the alternative and original tours. While the details and similarity were shared with you in advance, it appears this may not have been fully conveyed to the clients, who confirmed they were happy to proceed. Unfortunately, on the day of the original tour, we were informed that they no longer wished to join due to the similarity, when it was already too late to make changes. Nevertheless, we provided reasonable compensation to the clients as a gesture of goodwill. We always do our best to support our clients and act based on the confirmations we receive.
