Is there an airport pickup for when I arrive? If so, what is the cost of the pickup?

On Day 2 you will take an early morning transfer to the town La Fortuna.We include shared shuttles in our price, the latest leaving at 8:30PM, After this time, we can offer private SHUTTLES so there will not be a chance of missing your pick up service.

Do we get shared or private rooms at the hostel?

All accommodations are subject to change until 4-6 weeks before the departure date. After the booking is made you will be issued your final trip documents with your specific accommodation details 4-6 weeks before departure. Under the "What’s Included" tab on each tour page, you can find general info about the accommodations used on the tour before you book.

What is the maximum capacity of people on coach and mini bus?

The maximum capacity for the shuttle vans are 10-15 people.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 10th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 10th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Bamba Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 90 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Bamba Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Bamba Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
