Start the morning at Kourion, where you'll walk through an ancient Greco-Roman city set high above the coastline. The theatre here is in great condition, and the mosaics scattered throughout are worth taking time to examine. From there, head to Kolossi Castle, a medieval fortress that sits among vineyards with views stretching across the landscape. The castle has a lot of history tied to the Knights of St. John, so there's plenty to learn about. Next, you'll get to the Cyprus Wine Museum in Erimi Village, where you can trace winemaking back 5,500 years through their collection. A guided tasting follows, paired with local food and cheese. After that, you have free time for lunch either at Limassol Marina or the Old Town if you prefer wandering the streets.
