Could you support me doing this process in the Turkmen embassy in Bishkek? I plan to be in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) in the following days... and I'm affraid of not being possible to enrol the group if the process last many days.

The number of participants in these group tours is usually between 2 and 15 people. There is a limit to the number of participants, and we will split the group if it exceeds 24 people.

Could I start this tour the morning of day 2?

Yes, you can do that. You will be able to join the group before leaving for Darvaza, and you will have some time to have lunch with them.

Do you provide letters of invitation for people joining the tour?

We provide the Letter of Invitation for the tourist visa, which will help you collect your visa upon arrival.

Are the start and finish dates of the trip compliant withe the Turkmenistan Transit Visa? Will the tour company provide the "letter of invitation"? Can I use the €116 credit with Tour radar against this particular trip?

It looks like the message came from TourRadar and not from Stantrips, the travel company in Turkmenistan. Have they ceased trading? I don't want to book with a company that will take my money but not provide the tour.

I want to ask if similar tours are available. I also want to exit from Dushoguz for my journey in Uzbekistan afterwards.

There are no other tours available for those dates but you can arrive on May 10 and still join our group tour from the second day. On May 13, you will take a morning flight to Dashoguz and be transferred to the border.
