I would like to clarify that the tour you joined is exclusively operated by Destination Services Cyprus, meaning that all elements of your experience — including the guides, hotels, and transfers — were organized directly by our team. Concerning the transfer on Day 2, the relevant information was provided both online and in the welcome letter that my colleague Paula sent you prior to your arrival. As stated there, participants are required to make their own way to the Atlantica Bay Hotel for the excursion on that day only. Regarding communication, our operations department has confirmed that all your messages via the TourRadar platform were answered, and that Paula also replied to your direct emails within a reasonable timeframe. As for the €60 taxi fare, this amount seems unusually high. The distance to Atlantica Bay is approximately a 10-minute drive, and based on the rates provided by our regular taxi partners, the cost should have been around €20–22. Nevertheless, as mentioned earlier, the need to arrange your own transfer for Day 2 was clearly indicated in both the online tour description and the welcome letter. Thank you Vasia

I recently had the change to visit Cyprus through this tour, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel was in an excellent location with direct beach access, making it effortless to enjoy the Mediterranean right outside our doorstep. The itinerary felt well-balanced, giving a good mix of guided exploration and free time to relax or discover the island at our own pace. One thing I would have appreciated, however, is a customization option within the tour. For example, visiting the Troodos Mountains in the peak of summer didn’t quite appeal to me, and it would have been nice to have alternative activities to choose from. Overall, the tour was very enjoyable and well-organized.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 26th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 26th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Destination Services Cyprus. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Destination Services Cyprus will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
