The boat and crew were amazing. The itinerary was great! The administration was terrible and really needs a lot of work. This was the opinion of most passengers I spoke to onboard. Personally, I was told my cruise was cancelled when it was not. I was told 2 days after that that it was a mistake. I also had a room change from the one I booked, which was a general criticism from other passengers too.
