Thank you for your comment, As we have explained in our email, the tour description clearly states that the tour is conducted by a driver-cum-guide. A driver-cum-guide is responsible for both driving and providing explanations during the journey. However, they are not permitted to enter certain attractions. In such cases, they will brief guests before the visit and wait outside while guests explore the attraction. Also, we have already refunded USD 50.00 for the attractions that were closed. Regarding your feedback about the guide, we have discussed this with him. He explained that he was asked detailed questions about religion. As he follows a different religion, he wanted to avoid providing any inaccurate or sensitive information. Therefore, he took extra care to verify the details before responding.
