Having corresponded with a number of tour companies, this one not only provided the best rates but customer service that was second to none. Grace Chen and I had a lot of back and forth communication as I had designed my tours and wanted Grace to work on my plan. All through Grace was very patient and understanding. She was honest in explaining the parts of my trip that could be shortened as a result of the winter weather. She gave useful suggestions while preserving my original plan. I received a detailed itinerary and very knowledgeable and friendly tour guides who were conversant in English. The guides did their best to show and explain to us in details the parts that were in our itinerary. From then We as a family, learnt a lot about the Chinese culture and traditions along with a little but of Mandarin. For my next trip to China, Grace would be the person I would look for. I traveled with my wife and 2 kids ( 6 & 11 years old) for 12 days covering Shanghai, Zhangjiajie, Changsha, Guilin and Beijing. Hotels and meals were not reviewed as we booked hotels and planned our own meals. The guides helped us find restaurants serving halal meals.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 3rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 3rd, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Joy Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 20 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
