Are group departures available for June or July for the 11 days China tour?

We do not have group departures available from June through August. However, we would be happy to arrange this itinerary as a private tour. Please note that a minimum of 10 travelers is required to operate a private departure.

Does the tour cover the flight from Beijing to Shanghai?

Could you please provide a quotation for a private tour for 4 adults and 2 children (age 8 & 11)?

I am interested in this trip but I will be traveling on my own but I wanted to do it on a shared accommodation basis. Is that possible?

If you would like to join the tour on a shared-accommodation basis, please note that we require a minimum of two travelers in the same reservation. For solo travelers, a single supplement fee of US$500 applies, bringing the total tour cost to US$1,599.

For February 02, 2026, the tour price is US$1,099 per person based on double occupancy plus US$120 per person (local payment) for local gratuities. Please attach a clear copy of all travelers' passports and complete the flight details.

i am in a wheelchair i find walking difficult my wife is fully mobile would this tour be suitable for me. do youhave wheelchair accessible rooms

unfortunately, this itinerary imay not be suitable for travelers requiring wheelchair accessibility. The main reasons are as follows: Pathways at several attractions are uneven, steep, and may be difficult to navigate. Many cultural and historical sites involve staircases or areas without ramps or elevators. Transportation used during the tour is not wheelchair-accessible. Hotels and/or restrooms along the route may have limited accessibility features or often not designed for wheelchair use. For these reasons, we do not recommend this particular tour for travelers who require wheelchair support.

We were wanting to do this tour but start later in November .. starting around the 21st. We know it would be cold but we're wondering if it was possible or if anyone does this from this date.

November 03 is currently our last tour date for 2025. If highly interested, we can check for a private tour for your group. If your schedule is flexible, our next tour date is on January 19.

Is there a children's discount for the tour and additional excursions?

There is no children discount, but the tour is currently having promotion (25% OFF). The selected tour date will be a confirmed tour if 2 travelers are joining the group.

There was too much time wasted shopping and rushing the great sites of China. Some hotels were not up to standard....
There was too much time wasted shopping and rushing the great sites of China. Some hotels were not up to standard. The food was exactly the same everyday which became boring and overbearing. Finally there was a lot of time wasted in transport because either there were pick ups from different airports or the hotels were backtracking or not near where we had to be. All in all considering how amazing China is the tour was disappointing and I thought it could have been done a more organised way.Show more

(She repeatedly told us that she is a good person, she is a friendly person, many people do her favors, she was chosen to be a special tour guide for the 2008 Olympics, etc.) She spent 30% of the time giving us government propaganda. She only spent 20% of the time telling us useful tour-related information. Also when she wanted to get the group's attention, she would say "coo-coo" over and over again as if we were a flock of birds instead of human beings. Peter in Shanghai, on the other hand, was great. He was kind, informative, sincere and funny. He is a real asset to your company.Show more

For tours departing after August 20th, 2026, a minimum payment of $500 is required to confirm your booking with Intertrips. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
