Dear Tom, Thank you for your feedback. We are thrilled you enjoyed the itinerary but very sorry about the unacceptable smell on the La Pandora cruise and the lack of assistance. We are raising this serious issue with the cruise line immediately to prevent future occurrences. I appreciate your time in sending this review. We are happy the overall vacation was excellent, but disappointed to hear about the issues with your cabin on the La Pandora.
