The meticulous preparation and on-the-ground care went smoothly. We had nothing to consider at all! Our driver, Ali, was excellent. He was considerate, collected, and attentive, and he avoided the common fears associated with lengthy drives—a million questions, music, and constant chatter. We could unwind knowing that he was driving us from point A to point B in a courteous, efficient manner. Given his presence, we never had to worry about anything. It was a long drive to Chefchaoen on the first day, so I think we would have preferred to fly into Tangier or had that choice been made explicit, but that was a small quibble. Additionally, Maison Arabe might want to make it clear that this is a communal cooking lesson rather than a PRIVATE one. We enjoyed the journey and every stop:) Thank you, then! It will have a lasting impact.

We appreciate Sharon for organizing everything and Rafik for being a wonderful guide and introducing us to the "real" Morocco outside of the cities and letting us get to know him and his country over an incredible 5 days. The best parts of the trip were those experienced off the beaten path and with incredibly friendly locals.

An amazing experience that is totally different than any other experience we have had as a couple. We enjoyed riding the camels in the desert between from location to location. Our guide was exceptional and took the time to answer all our questions. He taught so much about the Berber culture and history. I appreciate the meticulous work that went into giving us a perfect trip.
