Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback – even though your trip was 1.5 years ago. We still appreciate hearing from you. We're sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. We take your comments about the local guides seriously and will review this with our local partners to ensure quality improves. However, we do want to address your concerns about pricing and travel days. While Central Asia may seem like a budget destination at first glance, operating a multi-country tour across Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan is actually quite expensive due to cross-border logistics, permits, flights, and quality accommodation. As for the train from Samarkand to Tashkent and the flight to Bishkek – these travel days are not wasted time. They are normal and necessary when covering three countries in just 12 days. We believe the tour was fairly priced for what it delivered at the time. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
