Hello Mr John Browne , Many thanks for devoting a part of your time to write your review. Despite that we accept all objective critics as it is the only way that make us improving our services but, as a human being, we should be upset when we feel that it is injustice . As a team, we have respected all our commitments and obligations (transportation, guides in all towns and places, meals, accommodations and responses to all contacts around the clock) towards you and the other two members of the group (Mrs Magdalene Lee and her husband Mr Philp Lee ) in the tour of May1 2026 . In response to your disappointment about Algeria ,I would clear to you that : 1-You hired us to deliver the service in a group and not as a private tour /solo traveller , therefore ,you should know that we should follow the itinerary sent to you which indicates that we should take a rest in hot area as Southern Algeria in a hot climate after the long drive (9am to 1pm) .You might have noticed as I explained to you that the hot weather obliges people to take a rest until 5h30 pm and all the towns become ghost towns . 2-When the client books with the agency ,I think the client should agree on the itinerary described and chosen and S/he is under the responsibility of the agency and if the client plans to see any other place ,S/he should inform the agency in advance and not trying to go outside and far away without any notice.No one will visit a place S/he does not know well otherwise why do you hire us to guide you in Algeria . 3- In all countries no one can go to any place without a permission and Algeria is not an exception .Only after getting the entrance visa and arrived in Algeria, you have tried to change the itinerary and visit Tipaza.Even after informing you that our agency has not received a response to your request, you insisted to go alone there and messaged me that you would like to stay in Algiers (May 10) but you requested the driver to take you to Tipaza even my confirmation that you would not as we got no permission .Why have you tried to do so ? 4- From our education and experience, we always accept and respect all views even those we feel they are not reasonable especially when the remarks of other members of the same group gave a remark and/or an evaluation that is totally different and contrary to a complaint.
